G - In refund requests you may make, notifications made by mail or registered mail will be the basis, and will be considered valid from the moment they reach us.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit in varying amounts will be collected from the tenant depending on the characteristics of each villa. This deposit amount will be specified in writing in the confirmation document sent to the tenant during the reservation process. The damage deposit will be collected from the tenant in cash on the villa entry day, and if during the inspection to be carried out before the tenant leaves the villa, if the villa is delivered in good condition and there is no damage, shortage, etc. in the villa/property assets, the amount will be refunded in cash. If the tenant wishes to leave the villa earlier than the time specified in the contract or the villa exit inspection cannot be conducted due to congestion, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be collected from the tenant. If the damage occurring in the villa exceeds the deposit received, the tenant will be asked to pay for this damage; otherwise, legal proceedings will be initiated.
