Identity Information: Your name, surname, T.C. Identity Number, and age information (processed only in accordance with the law if you are a minor or if there is risk/disease due to age).
Contact Information: Your mobile phone number, email address, and mailing address.
Customer Transaction Information: Reservation and invoice information related to the rented residence, entry and exit transaction information for the residence, requests and complaint information, information directly shared by you in your comments or questions regarding villas on our website, information about chat conversations with the www.myvillacity.com assistant, your IBAN numbers, bank account numbers, and payment information.
Transaction Security Information: IP address information, cookie information.
Legal Transaction Information: Information in correspondence with authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, information in lawsuits and enforcement files, legal information requests.
Audio Recording Information: Your voice recording if you communicate with the call center.
Visual Recording Information: Records of your visits to www.myvillacity.com and residential camera recording information in villas (if present).

2. WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR US PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

myvillacity processes your personal data for the purposes set out below based on the lawfulness reasons specified in Articles 5, 8, and 9 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and listed below.

Based on the legal reason that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection such as distance rental contracts, conducting contract conclusion activities concluded through our website, implementing your rental and accommodation activities, conducting and monitoring Myvillacity's business activities, monitoring residential entry and exit processes, evaluating your requests, complaints, and suggestions regarding our services, conducting and monitoring financial and accounting processes, and conducting communication activities.
Based on the legal reason that it is necessary for Myvillacity to fulfill its legal obligations, including the fulfillment of legal obligations specified in secondary regulations to which Myvillacity is subject such as the Distance Contracts Regulation and the Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce, and decisions, guidelines, and guidance issued by authorized authorities, conducting authorized persons, institutions, and organizations oversight, tracking and conducting legal affairs, and conducting financial and accounting affairs.

Based on legal reasons that it is explicitly provided in the legislation to which Myvillacity is subject and that it is necessary for Myvillacity to fulfill its legal obligations, the conclusion and performance of distance rental contracts:

With residential owners for the purpose of conducting residential rental and subsequent accommodation processes.
With our business partners, residential owners, legal consultants, banks, and service providers, our accountants for the purpose of conducting billing processes, financial and accounting process management, risk identification and assessment, fraud prevention for relevant business partners, consultants, and service providers, banks, and our accountants.
With call center service providers and other service providers for the purpose of providing support services.
With relevant business partners, consultants, and service providers for the purpose of managing and monitoring financial and accounting processes, identifying and assessing risks, and preventing fraud, with banks and our accountants.
With tax authorities for the fulfillment of tax obligations, with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance officials during tax inspections for invoices and collection receipts.
With our business partners and service providers providing, operating, or providing services for our IT infrastructure.
