The following describes the data that visitors using Myvillacity directly and/or indirectly provide to us. This data is used in appropriate cases in accordance with the Rental and Use Agreement and Privacy Policy terms, and is not used outside these appropriate cases.

Data Provided Directly to Us: Information such as phone, email, name-surname, and other requested form information that you have provided to us through the reservation form, contact form, and/or other forms are stored by our company. This data is not shared with any real/legal third parties and/or institutions/companies for commercial purposes. The data you currently share with us is used to present campaigns, developments, and updates made by our company to you. Communication channels you have provided/specified can only receive information notifications from Myvillacity and Myvillacity sub-projects.

Data Obtained Indirectly from You: IP information, location data, cookies, and other data collected in the background to provide you with a better experience are specific to the Myvillacity website only. This data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes outside appropriate cases. On every computer, you can adjust your cookie sharing settings through your current web browser. Under standard browser settings, cookie sharing is generally open, and our company uses only such data. There is absolutely no unauthorized operation or data collection activity from external interference.

Users who wish to change their current information by contacting Myvillacity and/or remove the necessary permissions regarding its use should use the address info@myvillacity.com. In response to requests made through this address, it will be possible for data to be completely deleted from the system and/or the use of Myvillacity to be completely stopped. In such requests, the requesting party will be responsible for any customer/user-oriented interruptions that may arise from resulting data flow issues, and Myvillacity cannot be held responsible for any disruptions resulting from data deficiency.

Reservations and Identity Presentations: Our company is legally required to submit IDENTITY DATA NOTIFICATION to the relevant security forces/law enforcement for each of our customers who will be staying in the villas. Therefore, all users/customers making reservations from our company are deemed to have accepted that they will disclose their identities for this data notification. The disclosed identity information is provided only to the relevant security forces/law enforcement. Outside of legal responsibility, identity information CANNOT BE USED, neither as a company nor commercially!
